Everyone who works in business uses information systems. Supermarkets use computer databases to keep track of which products sell best and music companies use databases to sell CDs over the Internet. The government uses computers to track payrolls, spending, defense data and much more. If you enroll in our Management Information Systems (MIS) program, you will be trained to put technology to work for business, government and other organizations. You will also study computer networks, security and much more. Out in the field, you will also help people learn to use computers.
