Program Prerequisites

Admission Requirements

Official high school transcripts or G.E.D. certificate
Official college transcripts on file for all courses taken for transfer
Completion of prerequisite and corequisite General Education and Science courses (see below)
NLN Nursing entrance exam taken within the last year, with a score in or above the 60% percentile
Completed application and submission of application fee
Two professional references with contact information
Interview and one (1) page essay
Current LPN license in the State of Florida (for all Transition students)
