Patient Care Technicians, also known as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA), after obtaining appropriate certification, work in a variety of settings that include homes, hospitals, offices, and living facilities. As a Patient Care Technician, you are part of a team that provides health care services and is responsible for a patient’s care, well-being and recovery. Our program is designed to give you a comprehensive education as a Patient Care Technician, focusing on essential skill building that includes Occupational Therapy, Radiology, Respiratory and Geriatric Skills, advanced home health aide and CPR training and HIV/AIDS Awareness training.
